Warranty Policy

Commercial warranty period

For products purchased from warmeverything.com, our commercial warranty starts on the delivery date and lasts 1 year for orders delivered to the United States or 2 years for orders delivered within Europe.

Coverage

The commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not covered by this commercial warranty, without limiting any statutory rights.

How to request support

Email support@warmeverything.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Where reasonably available, photos or a video may help us assess it. Intact original packaging is not required to make a defect claim. We will explain the assessment and next steps, including any return instructions.

Remedies and costs

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as repair or replacement, in accordance with this warranty and applicable consumer law. Any statutory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund remain unaffected. Necessary costs that must be borne by the seller under applicable consumer law will not be charged to you.

Statutory consumer rights

This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, statutory consumer rights. Where EU consumer law applies, consumers benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods; national law may provide longer periods or additional rights. Those rights are independent of our commercial warranty and remain available even where its conditions or period differ.
