1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

If your location is not available at checkout, it means we don’t ship there yet.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may apply for orders over $30. For orders below $30, $3.99 shipping fee will be charged when checkout.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please contact us at support@warmeverything.com and we will help you investigate with the carrier.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier first, then reach out to us.
